Conheça os catamarãs Murano

I have spent practically my entire life at sea, as a diver, fisherman, and professional fishing guide. Five years ago, when I switched from my monohull to a 28-foot catamaran, my perception of boating changed drastically. What I once considered good boating conditions became only reasonable when compared to the catamaran. The Kraken 28 delivers an incomparable ride; the feeling of safety is total, and, combined with its outstanding construction, it guarantees an unforgettable experience for everyone lucky enough to be on board. Without a doubt, it is my ultimate boat.

Fishing is my hobby. I own a fully equipped 50-foot fishing cat, but I felt I was missing a smaller, more practical, and more economical option for shorter trips. That is when a friend told me about the Murano 205 CAT. I was amazed by how this 20-foot boat delivers features you would expect to find only on much larger boats: two fish boxes, two livewells, a swim platform, incredible stability, and plenty of room to move around. All of that in a 20-footer? I only believed it after I saw it, took it out on the water, and bought one. In everyday use, it is extremely practical, and I must admit that today I use my 205 CAT more often than my 50-footer. It has become my natural choice for short outings with my best friends and, of course, coming back with plenty of fish.

We were having lunch at a marina when we saw a very different-looking boat pass by. I only had time to take a picture and write down the name: Rovercat. I searched on Google, and the very next day my husband, my son, and I were already taking it for a test drive. It was love at first sight. Since we were going to a boat show that same weekend, we decided to look at the market before making a decision. To our surprise, the boat show served one purpose: it made us realize there was nothing on the market quite like the 205 CAT. The space, the dining table, the stability, the shower, and that unique look, almost like a 4x4 on the water, really caught our attention. By Monday, we closed the deal. We brought the boat to our lake house, and since then, our weekends have completely changed. The house is always full of our 12-year-old son’s friends, all wanting to go boating, jump in the water, and wakeboard with the Rovercat. It changed life around here. We are absolutely loving it.

This boat is simply sensational. I used to have a 70-footer with a flybridge, three cabins, two crew members, huge and a gas guzzler. It was great, but every outing required a lot of preparation just to go nearby. I bought the Murano 50 as a second boat to have something fast, efficient, handy, and that I could pilot myself; like a car in the garage that I can just take and go. My family and I liked it so much that I ended up selling the 70-footer, and now we enjoy the coast of São Paulo much more with a safe, super comfortable, and incredibly economical boat. When they told me it consumed 90 liters per hour, both engines, cruising at 35 knots, I didn't believe it, but it's true. You are free to go wherever you want. Top!!!

I am a happy owner of a Murano 50 HTX offshore. I have always liked and admired offshore boats, ever since I started owning boats like the Phanter 33, Cigarette 36, and Cougar 42, always brand new. During the beginning of the pandemic, I acquired a used Axtor 48 and was surprised by its excellent navigation and design. When I went to the Boat Show in SP in November 2022, I was amazed by the new version already manufactured by Murano Yachts. The boat was redesigned and modernized, with a very current line, beautiful, modern lighting, redesigned high-quality upholstery, and the external line became wonderfully modern, besides the beautiful color already in the gel. The boat navigates very well, very stable and balanced, with the pair of 380hp Volvo engines, it has a very good performance, it goes fast. Also, the after-sales service is excellent, always promptly attending to small details during use. Congratulations to Fabio from Murano Yachts, you nailed the product.

This is the third brand-new boat I have acquired from Murano Yachts. First an Axtor 48, and now I'm on my second brand-new Murano 50 HTX. This already proves the incredible value and agility in resale; these Murano boats are like that, you open your mouth and sell it right away, sometimes even for more than I paid. Once you ride this boat, you realize there's no other like it, no cost-benefit comparison. A navigation machine, easy to pilot, automatic flaps, really in control, and there's no bad sea for it. Besides, you cruise at 35 knots consuming 90 liters per hour with both engines!!! Any boat of this size consumes at least double and goes at 25 knots, meaning you navigate spending half and take almost half the time too, and I already turn off the engines. You don't calculate before going out anymore and still have 10 hours of autonomy with 1,000 liters of diesel; shall we go to Ilhabela? Let's go! Shall we go to Paraty or Angra? Let's go too! And it's not just the performance, women love the smooth navigation and the sense of security the boat offers. The fully equipped cabin even has a super king-size bed with a sea view. Murano thought of everything, there's no better boat for the coast of São Paulo and Rio.

The Attimo, the christened name of my Axtor 48, was acquired during the Covid pandemic. It was equipped with the latest Volvo D6 440 HP pair then available in the country. Despite the prevailing logistical crisis, Murano Yachts met the delivery deadline. The Axtor 48 only brings me joy. It is fast and agile for day trips with up to 12 people. It is comfortable for overnight stays for a couple and 2 crew members. In the sport touring category, I believe it offers the best cost-benefit ratio.

My Axtor 48 was the first one produced by the Murano shipyard in 2017. Since it was the first unit, some adjustments were necessary, but it's worth mentioning that none were serious. The shipyard promptly responded to all calls and even made several improvements at no cost, which have been incorporated into the current model. I am extremely satisfied with the vessel; it sails quickly, economically, and very comfortably in severe sea conditions! It will be difficult to switch to another model.
